Ponce City Market is the redevelopment of the former Sears Distribution facility in Atlanta Georgia that was also known as City Hall East.  Westbridge provided due diligence, concept and design services to the project including the mixed-use program, creating the atrium for the food hall, parking strategies, and the connection to the “to be built” Atlanta Beltline.  Upon purchasing the property from the city in July 2011, Jamestown managed the development phase of the project in-house.
